A Short Story... When we went to visit the Kamloops Wildlife Park, we got to go for a ride on their train. It was a lot of fun because we could see some of the animals up closer like the Zebras.Well Leroy was having SOOOO much fun that he wanted the train to go faster AND he wanted to drive the train. Daryl told him that going fast might scare the passengers but Leroy kept asking. So he asked the engineer who told him he had to get a license and the train could only go so fast. Well Leroy wanted to drive the train so badly that while Daryl was talking to the engineer, Emily saw Leroy heading for the controls. She called Daryl, who came running and fell down. Leroy stopped and asked if he was ok. Daryl was okay but Leroy had to promise to leave the engine alone from now on.

A Short Bedtime Story... Some time ago at the Docks, Wiggle Fish was playing Hide and Seek with Shauna Seal. This one time he just could not find her anywhere. He looked behind the rocks, under the docks, by the swimming centre but no Shauna. Finally he called out her name and still no answer. Wiggle Fish felt scared for he thought Shauna was lost. He went to Shauna’s home to tell her parents she was lost BUT when the door opened there was Shauna. Wiggle Fish laughed and told Shauna he would have never looked for her at home. Shauna laughed harder because the joke was on Wiggle Fish. She had to come home for lunch and forgot to tell him. She invited him in for lunch and right after they went back out to play some more.
